At Jacob Cohën, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments remain in their original condition with the distinctive fragrance and signature brand tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring the security seal and all authenticity certificates are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
